ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Custom orders require a 30% deposit and carry an 8 week production time.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. All returned checks are subject to a $40.00 bank charge. Any unpaid balances will be assessed interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
There is a minimum shipping charge of $175.00 on all orders. Shipping charges are generally 15-20% (excluding minimum shipping charges) of your order, depending on location and current fuel surcharges.
Please inspect all packages for damage and/or shortages upon arrival.
Any damages and/or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading/delivery receipt in order to process any refunds or replacements.
No product will be shipped via FEDEX GROUND, other than: replacement parts and pillows.
PRODUCT & MATERIALS
All customized product is manufactured in High Point, NC using the highest quality materials. We use kiln dried hard wood and sinuous "no-sag" springs for all of our custom upholstered furniture.
Sizes are approximate. Uniquely Furnished, LLC. cannot be held responsible for any differences.
We cannot guarantee exact color matching from photos. Swatch and finish samples are available upon request. To request a swatch or finish sample, please call 336.907.3353.

RETURNS
All products being returned to Uniquely Furnished, LLC. (whether defective, Damaged, or otherwise) must be approved by a Customer Service Representative.
Noticeable damages must clearly be stated on the delivery receipt. If you fail to note damage/shortage on the delivery receipt it could cause a refund to not be issued.
If delivery is refused, there must be damages beyond repair. If delivery is refused and sent back without damages/defects, then a refund/replacement will not be issued and the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility to pay. For concealed damages, our store must be notified within 3 business days from date of delivery. For product replacements and/or refunds for defective and/or damaged products: pictures must be taken of the defect and/or damage, and forwarded to our office via e-mail: info@uniquelyfurnished.com
